I'm known for my "easy to talk to" interaction style and ability to bring laughter into any room.
I grew up in Ottawa, Ontario spending my days competitively dancing and racing bicycles with anyone who dared to try and beat me. I still have a deep love for dancing and finding joy in movement.
In 2016, I graduated from the University of Toronto with a Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree, equipping me with the skills and knowledge to support individuals working through a variety of life challenges.
When I'm not on the clock, you can find me diving into a good book, snuggled up on the couch with my dog at my feet, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
Being in the great outdoors is essential for our overall well-being, and I absolutely love spending time in nature. Whether it's hiking, biking, or simply taking a walk, the beauty and serenity of the natural world have a remarkable impact on our mental and emotional health.
